If your order is damaged in transit we will issue you a free return label, repair or exchange the item and return it free of charge. We guarantee all handmade items at Redfox armory are free of material defects and shall be covered under our repair and replacement only policy for a lifetime of service of the product. The client may pass on our warranty to the receiver of the product even if they are not the original purchaser. (example: a gift for a friend or family member) Redfox armory shall be the sole deciding arbiter in warranty cases. Redfox Armory believes in customer service above and beyond. We understand every scenario is different and we will often exceed warranty requirements in the interest of standing behind our product and retaining good relations with our clients.
repair and replacement policy:
Redfox Armory shall be responsible for repairing and replacing products for life. should the product fail during “normal use” products purchased may be exchanged or repaired at our discretion. Redfox Armory will pay for shipping and return costs during the first year of purchase, and the buyer and seller shall divide shipping costs beyond the first year. This first-year policy shall start at the date of arrival or “DOA” to the customer. Unique custom commissions will have a guaruntee of work quality and warranty specific to each case and shall be negotiated with the client.

-exposing our products to extreme heat, chemicals or other conditions or alterations that permanently alter the structural integrity of the original product.
